Strawberry Grapefruit Vodka Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz grapefruit juice
  • 3 oz vodka
  • 1 tbsp strawberry jelly
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • club soda
  • 1/2 cup ice

Rim/Garnishes

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • strawberry slices
  • fresh thyme

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow dish, combine sugar and lemon zest.
  • Run a lemon wedge along the rim of a cocktail glass, dip in sugar mixture, and set aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add grapefruit juice, strawberry jelly, vodka, lemon juice, and ice. Shake vigorously until jelly has been well-combined.
  • Strain into 2 prepared glasses. Top with club soda.
  • Garnish with strawberry slices and fresh thyme. Enjoy!
