We’re gearing up for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and EVERYTHING spring over here since it’s a miserable 1°F outside today, and we’re kicking it off with this strawberry grapefruit cocktail!
Ingredients for the Perfect Strawberry Grapefruit Cocktail
- Grapefruit juice (if you have the time, you can never go wrong with fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice! Plus that little bit of pulp never disappoints.).
- Strawberry jelly… you can do a jam or preserve if you don’t mind the strawberry seeds
- Lemon juice
- Vodka
- Club soda
- Sugar and lemon zest rim
Let’s Talk Garnishes!
You can never go wrong with a few slices of fresh strawberries or grapefruit! I also like to have fresh herbs on hand to give it a bit of fresh flavor.. for this grapefruit cocktail I used fresh, thyme, but you could also try mint or sage!
Try using this citrus peeler for a fancy little lemon peel or zest garnish on top!
Cocktail Turned Mocktail
This is the perfect cocktail to turn into a mocktail if you have some non-alcohol guests! Ditch the vodka and give an extra splash of club soda to mixture.
