blue cheese crumbles

mushrooms, chopped

garlic cloves, minced

fresh parsley, chopped

Worcestershire

garlic salt

garlic powder

Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well-combined.
Form 4in diameter, 1in high burger patties and set aside.
If cooking on stovetop, heat large skillet or griddle on medium heat with 2 Tbsp olive oil.
Once griddle is hot, place patties carefully about 1in apart.
Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, flip, and cook uncovered for another 10-15 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly (internal temp of 165°F).
Notes
If grilling, following same cooking time instructions to reach internal temp of 165°F.
