Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper.
Thaw spinach and drain well (really squeeze out the water, this helps the spinach balls stick together).
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Scoop 1/3 cup mixture and shape into a ball. Place on prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until stuffing has become golden brown and crispy.
