Parmesan Herb Vinaigrette Ingredient List:
- white wine vinegar
- olive oil
- parmesan cheese
- parsley
- cilantro
- garlic
- lemon juice
- honey
- salt
- black pepper
Want to give it a little kick? Add 1 tsp crushed red pepper or 1/2 jalapeño to the blended mixture for some heat.
For a more earthy flavor, use truffle oil instead of olive oil… you won’t be disappointed!
The best thing about this vinaigrette? It takes just seconds to make! Throw all of the ingredients in a blender for 20 seconds (or until the herbs have broken down), and you’re all set. Cover and store in the fridge for up to a week.

Parmesan Herb Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and pulse until smooth.
